We currently ship Australia-wide, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We aim to process and ship orders within 2–5 business days.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please note the following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or the nature of the product:
Self Care items (including all wellness tools, oils, soaps)
Self Expression items (including jewellery)
Digital products
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
Return Timeframe
We accept change-of-mind returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
